Abstract: Jamestown Canyon Virus (JCV) and Cache Valley Virus (CVV) are emerging in the Northeast United States (US). We exploredAn. quadrimaculatus vector potential under changing temperature for these viruses with the intention of better understanding how current and changing climate trends may impact vector potential and, ultimately, human health risk in the Northeast US. Our results suggest that changing temperatures likely drive significant changes to the vectorial capacity of Anopheles mosquitoes for endemic viruses.
