Nicole Graves serves as the Outreach Specialist for the East Flagler Mosquito Control District (EFMCD) in Flagler County, Florida. With a background in public health, Nicole joined EFMCD in 2018 and has since become a key point of contact between the district and the wider Flagler County community.
