Marty Scholl is the Program Coordinator for the Sacramento-Yolo Mosquito & Vector Control District, where he oversees aerial operations, pesticide inventory and purchasing, safety training, and UAS (drone) operations. Drawing on his prior experience within the District, Marty remains actively involved in wetland and habitat operational planning and in assessing pesticide efficacy throughout the District. As an engaged member of the MVCAC Drone and Aviation Sub-Committee, he integrates technology, outreach, and environmental management to support the District’s mission of protecting public health across the Sacramento-Yolo areas.
