Noemi Martinez-Tull is the Training Coordinator for the Tropical Island Training and Evaluation Center at the Puerto Rico Vector Control Unit (PRVCU) and serves as Coordinator of the Puerto Rico Vector Management Association (PRVMA). She is also a community leader in a 400-home neighborhood in Ponce, Puerto Rico. Martinez-Tull earned her Juris Doctor from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico, School of Law, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Hunter College in New York City.
