My name is David Lopez and I'm a Vector Control Specialist with the Greater Los Angeles County Vector Control District (GLACVCD), bringing over 22 years of dedicated experience to this role. In 2013, I was honored with the Boyd-Ariaz Grass Roots Award by the American Mosquito Conrol Association (AMCA), an accomplishment I shared with my manager, Martin Serrano, for our efforts to combat Aedes albopictus. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my daughters, surfing, and training in jiu-jitsu.
