Jourdan McGaughey

Jourdan McGaughey, BS in Biological Sciences with a minor in Chemistry, has been the Entomologist at the Tangipahoa Mosquito Abatement District in Hammond, Louisiana for almost two years. Her work focuses on surveillance and testing of mosquitoes as well as collaboration on enhancements to their IPM approach. Jourdan is currently working on her master's degree in biology from Southeastern Louisiana University where she will be working on a mosquito research project. In her spare time, Jourdan enjoys serving at her church with her husband.
